A toasted muffin topped with pulled ham hock a poached egg glazed with bearnaise sauce.

Smoked Haddock and Spinach Raviolis   
Homemade pasta bound in a shellfish sauce ,topped with deep fried leeks and parmesan shavings

Marinated in chinese spices and soy,honey roasted ,sliced onto creamed summer cabbage and bacon .

Whole Brixham Plaice   
Grilled with lemon and dill butter  ,baby capers and samphire .  

Leek and Asparagus strudel
Baked in filo pastry with ricotta cheese, placed on a pesto cream sauce.


Tenderloin of Pork

Filled with sage and apple stuffing  wrapped in Parma ham, sliced onto creamed leeks with a cider gravy .   

Breast of Free Range Chicken      
Sauteed with wild mushrooms finished with white wine and cream. 

Main courses served with dauphinoise potatoes and bowls of seasonal vegetables


Peanut Butter and Toffee Ice Cream 
Served in a brandy snap basket garnished with fresh fruit and warm chocolate sauce.

With  Devon clotted cream and raspberries
