Crown of Melon  

Pearls of  melon and fresh fruit  sat on a contrast of  fruit coulis.

Shellfish Gateau
A crab and prawn mousse ,layered between slices of smoked salmon ,with cucumber tagliatelle and lemon mayonnaise   

Trio of Duck Appertizers    
Duck liver parfait, crispy duck pancake and char grilled breast with bramble vinaigrette, chutney and mango salsa                                

Somerset Goats Cheese
Deep fried in panko breadcrumbs with honey roasted beetroot and caramelized walnuts drizzled with pesto dressing.

Main Courses

Roast Sirloin of Beef
with Yorkshire pudding.  

Loin of pork

Roasted with a  sausage and apricot stuffing, crackling and apple sauce  

 Filo pastry strudel

Filled with asparagus tips spinach and ricotta topped with cherry vine tomatoes  

Breast of Free Range Chicken   
Poached in thatcher’s Cider, with a wild mushroom and cream sauce       

Fillet of Plaice

Poached in a white wine and cream sauce with cray fish tails

Brioche Bread and Butter Pudding     
Flavoured with rum and cinnamon,with an apricot glaze and double cream .

Peanut Butter and Toffee Ice ceam  
Served in a brandy snap basket garnished with fresh fruit and warm choclate sauce  

Mango and Passion fruit Brulee
with shortbread biscuits

Eton Mess
Crushed meringues mixed with strawberry and chantilly cream.

Dark chocolate brownie, brandy snap filled with white chocolate ice cream and a milk chocolate and raspberry mousse
