Cream of Celeriac,Apple and Stilton Soup
Laced with Thatchers Cider accompanied with cheese straws.


Ham Hock and Rabbit Terrine
Served with homemade chutney and toasted brioche.

 

River Fowey Mussels
Steamed in Thai spices with shallots, garlic and coconut milk.

Somerset Goats Cheese
Rolled in panko breadcrumbs deep fried placed on pickled heritage beetroot, with candied walnuts and peashoot salad.

 

Salmon and Prawn Mousse
Layered between slices of smoked salmon with lemon mayonnaise, cucumber tagliatelle and tossed salad leaves.

Portabello Mushroom
Panfried with chorizo, black pudding and bacon topped with a poached egg and glazed with hollandaise.

 

Main Courses

   Breast of Pheasant
Filled with a tarragon mousse, wrapped in pancetta and sliced onto braised red cabbage.

Rack of Quantock Spring Lamb
Roasted pink with a mint,rosemary and herb crust and a redcurrant and port wine sauce.
