Sauteed with lardons of bacon, garlic and cream accompanied with a tomato bruschetta

Toasted muffin topped with pulled ham hock a poached egg and glazed with hollandaise sauce

Served with a blue cheese salad and a sherry vinaigrette

With a lemon and sour cream dressing and a pea shoot salad
