Wild mushroom soup drizzled with truffle oil accompanied with welsh rare bits    

Cupids Arrows    
Asparagus spears lovingly wrapped in parma ham, topped with cherry vine tomatoes and glazed with hollandaise sauce

Lady Chatterley’s Lover   
Game keepers terrine of tender pieces of rabbit, pheasant, ham and venison with toasted  brioche and himemade chutney
 

Sweet Whispers    
A pillow of smoked salmon filled with a lobster crab and prawn mousse with lemon mayonnaise and salad leaves

The French Maids Bon Bons     
Goats cheese, spinach and sundried tomatoes rolled in panko breadcrumbs, deepfried with an avacado and rocket salad

 

Main Courses

The Iron Duke   
Fillet of beef wrapped in shortcrust pastry with a mushroom stuffing baked pink with a deep red wine sauce

The French Lieutenant's Woman   
Fillet of lemon sole left waiting in a champagne and cream sauce   



Eves Temptation      
Succulent breast of free range chicken, sautéed in cider and tarragon cream  

 

Viennese Waltz  
A filo pastry studel filled with asparagus tips spinach and riccotta topped with cherry vine tomatoes  

 Little Bo Peep   
 Cannon of lamb gently roasted with a pea and mint mousse, redcurrant and port wine sauce

An entanglement of citrus, lemon posset, mango and passion fruit sorbet in a brandy snap, dark chocolate and orange marquez

Romeo and Juliet 
A smooth mango and passion fruit Panacotta enticed with rhurb and partnered with shortbread biscuits

Amoretti biscuits base, topped with a mascapone and a italian liquer coffee cream, sprinkled with grated choclate   

Mixed Emotions
Crushed meringues mingled with whipped cream and a winter berrie compote

Madam Suzette
Crepes in an orange and lemon sauce, flamed with grand mariner, with white chocolate ice cream
